How to Navigate the GroveX Platform
Learn where to find markets, trading, wallets, portfolio tools, account security, orders and support across GroveX.
Start with the main navigation
GroveX is organized around a few core areas: discovering markets, placing trades, managing assets, reviewing activity and protecting your account.
The exact options available can vary by device, account status and product availability, but the main workflow remains the same.
Markets
The Markets area is where you discover available trading pairs.
A trading pair shows two assets, for example BTC/USDT:
- BTC is the base asset;
- USDT is the quote asset;
- the displayed price tells you how much quote currency is required for one unit of the base asset.
Before trading, review the pair name carefully. Assets with similar symbols can exist on different networks or represent different products.
Spot trading
Open a market and select Trade to access the spot trading interface.
The trading screen normally includes:
- the selected trading pair;
- current market price;
- price chart;
- order book;
- recent trades;
- order-entry controls;
- open orders and order history.
If you are new to order types, read Spot Trading: Market vs Limit Orders.
Portfolio
The Portfolio area gives you a high-level view of your GroveX assets and balances.
Use it to understand:
- available balances;
- assets allocated to open activity;
- recent transactions;
- portfolio-level information available to your account.
Always confirm the asset symbol and network before transferring funds.
Deposits
To deposit crypto:
- Open the deposit area.
- Select the asset.
- Select the correct blockchain network.
- Copy the GroveX deposit address.
- Include a memo or tag if GroveX shows one.
- Send from the originating wallet.
- Keep the transaction hash or TXID until the deposit is credited.

Withdrawals
The withdrawal area is used to send supported assets from GroveX to an external wallet.
Before confirming a withdrawal, check the destination address, network and memo or tag. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible after broadcast.

Orders
The Orders area helps you review trading activity.
Depending on the order type and market state, an order may be:
- open;
- partially filled;
- fully filled;
- cancelled;
- rejected.
For a limit order, remaining quantity can stay open until it is matched or cancelled.
Account settings and security
Use account settings to manage items such as:
- profile information;
- security settings;
- authenticator configuration;
- devices and sessions;
- API credentials where available;
- withdrawal protections.
We strongly recommend securing the account before depositing significant funds.
