How to Deposit Crypto to GroveX
Select the correct asset and blockchain network, use the GroveX deposit address shown for that network, and wait for the required confirmations.
Before sending a deposit
A crypto deposit must use the exact asset and blockchain network selected in GroveX.
The same token can exist on several networks. For example, USDT may exist on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and other networks. These are not interchangeable unless GroveX explicitly supports the selected network for that deposit.
Deposit steps
- Sign in to GroveX.
- Open Wallet and select Deposit.
- Select the asset you want to deposit.
- Select the supported blockchain network.
- Copy the GroveX deposit address shown for that exact network.
- If GroveX displays a memo, tag or other destination identifier, copy that as well.
- In the sending wallet or exchange, select the same asset and the same blockchain network.
- Paste the GroveX deposit address carefully.
- Confirm the network, address, amount and any required memo or tag before sending.
- Keep the transaction ID or TXID after the transaction is submitted.
The network must match exactly
The sending network and the GroveX deposit network must be the same.
Example: if GroveX shows a USDT TRC20 deposit address, send USDT using TRC20. Do not select ERC20, BEP20 or another network simply because the token symbol is also USDT.
Sending an asset through an unsupported or different network can cause the deposit to fail to credit and may result in permanent loss. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Blockchain confirmations
Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations for the selected asset and network.
Confirmation requirements vary by network and can change. Always rely on the information displayed on the GroveX deposit screen rather than assuming a fixed confirmation count.
A transaction can be visible on the blockchain before GroveX has received enough confirmations to credit it.
Keep the TXID
The TXID is the blockchain transaction identifier. It allows you and GroveX Support to confirm:
- whether the transaction was broadcast;
- which network was used;
- the sending and receiving addresses;
- the amount;
- the current confirmation status.
If you contact Support about a deposit, provide the TXID whenever possible.
Important deposit checks
Before sending:
- confirm the asset symbol;
- confirm the exact blockchain network;
- confirm the deposit address;
- confirm any required memo or tag;
- check the minimum deposit amount if shown;
- consider a small test transfer when using a new address or network.
