My Crypto Deposit Is Pending or Missing
Check the TXID, selected network, destination address and blockchain confirmations before contacting GroveX Support about a missing deposit.
First check the blockchain transaction
Locate the transaction ID or TXID in the wallet or exchange that sent the funds.
Open a blockchain explorer for the network that was used and confirm whether the transaction is:
- pending;
- confirmed;
- failed;
- dropped or replaced.
If the transaction has not been confirmed on-chain, GroveX cannot credit it yet.
Confirm the network
Check that the sending network exactly matches the network selected on the GroveX deposit page.
Examples include TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and native blockchain networks. A token symbol being the same does not mean the networks are interchangeable.
If the wrong or an unsupported network was used, do not send another transaction to try to correct it. Contact GroveX Support with the full transaction details. Recovery may not be possible and is never guaranteed.
Confirm the destination
Compare the destination address shown in the blockchain transaction with the GroveX deposit address that was displayed when you initiated the deposit.
For assets that require a memo, tag, payment ID or similar identifier, confirm that it was included correctly.
Check blockchain confirmations
A confirmed transaction may still be waiting for GroveX's required confirmation threshold.
The required confirmation count depends on the asset and network. Network congestion, chain conditions, maintenance and wallet processing can also affect crediting time.
Information to provide Support
If the transaction is confirmed on the correct network but the deposit has not credited after the required confirmations, submit a support request and include:
- your GroveX UID, if known;
- registered email address;
- asset or token;
- amount;
- blockchain network;
- TXID;
- sending address, if available;
- GroveX deposit address;
- memo or tag, if applicable;
- approximate date and time of the transfer;
- screenshots only if they help show the transaction details.
Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or live 2FA codes.
Avoid duplicate deposits
If a deposit is delayed, do not resend the same amount simply because the first transfer has not credited. Verify the original transaction first.
